I have examined the accompanying Ordinance intituled an

Ordinance to apply a sum not exceeding Seventeen million four

hundred and fifty thousand one hundred and three Dollars to

the Public Service of the year 1928, and I am of opinion that

the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's

Instructions.

2. This Ordinance is in the usual form.

3.

In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excel-

lency the Governor may properly assent in the name of His

Majesty and on His Behalf.
